Shipping
Information
Continental United States
- All orders are processed Monday - Friday and shipped from our
distribution center via UPS Ground typically within 24-48 hours
of the time of purchase. Since we ship via UPS, we are unable to
deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a street address for
delivery.
Alaska & Hawaii
- Please contact
us for a quote for shipping to Alaska and
Hawaii.
International - At
this time, we are only able to ship within the United States.
Our
Guarantee and Return Information
We are pleased to offer a 30 day
return policy on our favors and accessories with no restocking
charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to take back personalized
items unless there was a printing error on our part.
If you are not completely
satisfied, your event was cancelled or need to return your order
for any other reason besides damages, please contact
us for a return authorization number and instructions for
proper processing of your return. Please note that original and
return shipping charges are not refundable.
Damages: Please inspect
our order upon arrival. Claims for damaged products due to
shipping must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If your order
arrives damaged, please contact us
for replacement information.
Sales Tax
We are located in South Carolina
and only orders delivered within the state of South Carolina are
subject to 8% sales tax. There is no sales tax added for
orders delivered elsewhere in the United States.
Payment
Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover and American Express for payment. Additionally, we also
accept Paypal as a payment method which can be used by clicking
the PayPal tab in the payment information section on the
checkout page.
Product
Availability
We make every attempt to keep our
website up to date and if a product is out of stock, it will be
noted on that product's page with an approximate shipping date.
In rare circumstances, a product may go out of stock in the
middle of the day or before our normally scheduled web update
and may become unavailable. If this happens, we will promptly
contact you via the email address provided with your order to
alert you and determine if the approximate delivery time fits
within your time frame. If so, we can hold your order and put it
at the top of the backorder list, or if your event is prior to
the approximate delivery time we can cancel your order and no
charge will be made to your credit card.
